Working for the CCRC means you’ll be joining a team of passionate individuals who make a real difference to people’s lives. Whether it’s working on the Casework side of things or in a function such as Finance, Communications or HR; our staff share a common interest – to seek justice.
We offer a range of exciting and rewarding roles, including internships, specialisms and opportunities to develop your career.
The CCRC workplace
We have a state-of-the-art office in central Birmingham, but as a remote-first organisation, the majority of colleagues work from home, with occasional visits to the office. We’ll provide you with all the equipment and resources you need to make working from home a comfortable experience where strong team connections can be made and nurtured.
Independence. Passion. Professionalism. Fairness. Accountability.
Our values were created by CCRC colleagues; we all share the same mission to put things right.
Wellbeing, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our culture, and we provide an environment where everyone is heard, valued and respected.
