CCRC in urgent appeal to find ‘Stockwell Six’ pair wrongly convicted after three more convictions quashed

Today, three more men finally had their names cleared as the Court of Appeal quashed their convictions after they were jailed nearly 50 years ago on the word of a detective with the British Transport Police who was later found to be corrupt.

Two more Post Office convictions quashed bringing the total to 47

The convictions of two further ‘Post Office’ applicants, Mrs Adedayo and Mr Kalia, have today been quashed at Southwark Crown Court.
