The first step in challenging a conviction or sentence is typically applying directly to the Appeal Courts. If that has been unsuccessful (or if you pleaded guilty in a Magistrates' Court), you can apply for a CCRC review of your case.

Save the date – CCRC Open Board meeting 29 November 2022

The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) is gearing up for its third annual open Board meeting on Tuesday 29 November 2022.

As with previous years, the meeting will be hosted online via Zoom.

The virtual meeting will take place from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm and is an opportunity for everyone to see the CCRC’s Board in action.
